You'll own the top of the funnel: finding businesses that need software help, opening real conversations with them, and bringing them in to talk to our founders. You're not a cog in a sales machine — you're the person who decides who we work with next.

What you'll do

  • Identify and reach out to businesses across India that need custom software, IT outsourcing, or cloud services.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand prospects' real problems and qualify fit before pulling in the technical team.
  • Pitch our services clearly and confidently — webs, mobile apps, IT services, IoT, cloud — and explain how we deliver them differently.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships beyond the first deal. Account expansion is part of the role.
  • Own a monthly client-acquisition target and report progress weekly to the founders.
  • Represent Karvitech at meetups, industry events, and community gatherings in Nellore and surrounding cities.

What we're looking for

  • Freshers and experienced both welcome. If you have 1 – 2 years in sales, BD, marketing, or a customer-facing role, great. If you're fresh out of college with the right energy and instincts, also great.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English; conversational Telugu or Hindi is a plus.
  • Genuinely curious about technology — you don't need to code, but you should be able to explain what a "web app" is to a small-business owner without making it weird.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working with light supervision.
  • Track record of hitting targets, however small — show us a number you moved.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if you can show the work.
